Tracey E. Anbiya, Command Sergeant Major, U.S. Army Retired, comes to The Wayne Agency East as a highly skilled and inspirational leader who knows no bounds regarding selfless service and putting the needs of others above her own.

A proven leader and manager of financial resources and staff geographically dispersed, Tracey brings over 32 years of experience as an Administrative and Human Resources professional that excels in the art of helping others to live their best life.

She will help each talent that she is fortunate enough to represent reach their entertainment goals, helping them realize the sky is the limit.

Qarima Anbiya is a driven young woman hailing from the historic town of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She began her career as an executive assistant in various industries, gaining a broad range of skills and experience.

Her true passion always lay in the entertainment industry, and she recently made the transition to become a talent agent. She now works at The Wayne Agency East to represent some of the most talented, up-and-coming artists in the business.

In her spare time, Qarima is a freelance floral designer who owns and operates her own boutique floral studio in Manhattan. She also has a 6-year-old son who means the world to her.
